These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by LogicStray ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & App Store Rules

These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and LogicStray. If you download our applications from a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and LogicStray only, and not with the App Store provider. LogicStray, not the App Store provider, is solely responsible for the application and its content. You also agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our Services.

2. License Grant

LogicStray grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

    • 4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

    You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services.
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group through the use of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding user-provided content), including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of LogicStray. Our software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LogicStray does not guarantee that the Services will function uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall LogicStray be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
