These terms apply to the Licensify mobile app provided by Bilal Akpınar, Türkiye ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What Licensify is
Licensify is a study aid for driving licence theory exams (currently the Turkish e-Sınav and SRC exams). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Ministry of National Education (MEB), the General Directorate of Security or any other authority. Questions, explanations and pictures are prepared carefully but may contain mistakes or become outdated when rules change. Always check official sources. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
2. Accounts
You can use the app without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and only adds backup and sync. Keep your sign-in account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Free version and Licensify Pro
- Free version: access to about a quarter of the content (questions, mock exams and handbook chapters), with ads.
- Licensify Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all content and removes ads for as long as the app is offered. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
- Free trial: new users get 3 days of Pro inside the app. It ends automatically; you are not charged.
- The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
- Restore: Pro is tied to the App Store / Google Play account that paid. Use Restore purchases to get it back on a new device with the same store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Features and content may change over time as we update the app, but we will not remove the core of what Pro unlocks without a reasonable replacement.
4. Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Pro has no ads.
5. Acceptable use
Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app's content; don't reverse-engineer the app or bypass its purchase or access controls; don't use it for anything unlawful. We may limit access for anyone who does.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts, explanations, illustrations and question collection are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to us or our licensors. Official road signs and public regulations remain the property of their respective authorities. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
7. Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; these terms supplement it, and if the two conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for exam results, or for decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections 6, 8 and 10 continue to apply after you stop using the app.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence and may apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where they live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version; for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
