You can delete your Licensify account and data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
- Open Licensify and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (or Delete my data if you never signed in).
- Confirm. If asked, sign in with Google or Apple once more to confirm it's you.
Option 2 — by email (if you no longer have the app)
Send an email to licensify@logicstray.com with the subject "Delete my Licensify account", from the email address you signed in with (for Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us the relay address or the date you signed up). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication): name, email address, user ID.
- Your synced profile, exam history and study plan (Cloud Firestore).
- Progress and settings stored on your phone (when you delete in the app).
What is kept
- Your Pro purchase stays with your App Store / Google Play account so you can restore it later. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law and their policies require.
- Question reports you sent stay without being linked to you, for up to 24 months.
- Advertising data held by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policies; you can reset your device's advertising ID in your phone settings.
Never signed in? Then we hold no account for you — use Delete my data in the app or simply uninstall it.
